Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Hob: From Frozen Medium 5 mins. Place sprouts into a saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer covered until tender. Drain and serve.
Microwave: 700W 4 1/2 mins, 900W 3 1/2 mins. Add 160g (2 servings) of sprouts and 1 tbsp (15ml) of water into a microwavable dish, cover and vent. Cook on full power, stirring halfway through the cook time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain and serve.
Storage: Keep frozen. For star marked freezers. (-18C) Up to 3 months.
