Cooking Guidelines Hob From Ambient 10 mins Rinse 100g of bulgur wheat thoroughly in cold water. Bring 300ml water to the boil in a large saucepan on a medium ring over a high heat, add the bulgur wheat. Stir then cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed, remove from the heat and stand for 10 minutes. Drain off any excess water, separate the grains with a fork and use as required.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal using the tape provided.
WARNING Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
