Hob - From Frozen: Medium, 6 mins. Remove the required amount from packaging. Place cauliflower florets into a saucepan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer covered until tender. Drain and serve
Cooking Instructions - General: Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Microwave - From Frozen: 700W, 4 1/2 mins / 900W, 3 1/2 mins. Add 80g of cauliflower florets and 1 tbsp (15ml) of water into a microwavable dish, cover and vent. Cook on full power stirring halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain and serve.
