Cooking Guidelines:
Microwave: 700W 7 mins / 900W 5 mins. Place onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes (700W), 3 minutes (900W). Stir thoroughly and re-cover. Return to microwave and heat on full power for a further 3 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 2 minutes, remove film, stir and serve.
Oven cook: 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 25-30 mins. Place container on a baking tray and in the centre of a preheated oven. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
