Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General:
Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw.
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Do not reheat.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen:
Medium 4-4 1/2 mins
Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of vegetable oil in a pan. Add the required portion of chopped spinach to the pan. Stir continuously until cooked through. Drain and serve.
Microwave - From Frozen:
700w 4 mins, 900w 3 mins
Place 3 spinach pellets (1 portion) and 1tbsp (15ml) of water into a microwavable dish, cover and vent. Cook on full power, stirring halfway through cooking time. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain and serve.
