Cooking Guidelines Oven cook From Chilled 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 20 mins Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of a preheated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Serve.
Microwave From Chilled 700W 6 mins / 900W 4 1/2 mins Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 2 1/2 minutes (700W), 2 1/2 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and return to the microwave for a further 3 1/2 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W), until thoroughly heated. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Serve.
Cooking Instructions General Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places over both compartments. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date. Not suitable for freezing.
