Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook - From Ambient : 180°C/350°F/Fan160°C/Gas 4/1 hr 20 mins. Serves 4.
Ingredients Required: 600g Potatoes, 250ml semi-skimmed milk, 100g cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. Preheat oven. Mix together in a bowl the contents of the jar and the milk. Season with salt and pepper. Grease an ovenproof dish using butter (18 x 25 x 5.5cm). Peel and thirty slice potatoes. Place half the sliced potatoes into the dish, slightly overlapping. Add half the sauce/milk mixture to the dish. Add the remainder of the potatoes and top with the rest of the sauce and milk mixture. Bake uncovered in the oven for 1 hour until golden and the potatoes are soft. Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese. Return to the oven for a further 20 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. For best before: see lid.
