Cooking Guidelines Grill: Medium heat 10 mins preheated grill pan brushing butter. Microwave: 700W 3 mins / 900W 2 mins on plate covering with film pierce. Hob: Bring inch water to simmer place skin side down cover and simmer 8 mins drain and serve immediately. Oven: Wrap in oiled foil form parcel bake at 200C for 15-19 mins in centre of preheated oven.
Storage Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Consume on day of defrost once thawed do not refreeze.
