The garlic mushrooms and truffle béchamel sauce provide a luxurious savoury flavour profile. Oven cook at 220C for approximately 11 minutes until the crust becomes crisp and golden.

Oven cook from Chilled at 220°C (428°F), Fan 200°C, Gas 7 for 11 mins. Remove film and rearrange toppings so they are evenly distributed. Use the base board to carefully slide the pizza directly onto the middle shelf of a preheated oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute until slicing.
Keep refrigerated. Not suitable for freezing.
