Microwave - From Chilled :
700W 7 1/2 mins / 900W 5 1/2 mins
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 4 minutes (700W), 3 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and return to the microwave for a further 3 1/2 minutes (700W), 2 1/2 minutes (900W) until thoroughly heated. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven cook - From Chilled :
200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 25mins
Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of a preheated oven. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
