Preheat the grill. Place fish fingers onto a grill pan, turn occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen: Medium 8 Mins
Preheat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry, turn occasionally.
Air Fry - From Frozen: 200°C, 8 mins
Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4.0L per 3 fish fingers (90g).
Preheat air-fryer. Place in the basket in a single layer and place in air-fryer.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 220°C, 425°F, Fan 220°C, Gas 7, 14 mins
Cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Turn occasionally.
