Shallow Fry - From Frozen : Medium 8 mins
Preheat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry, turn occasionally.
Cooking Instructions - General : Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Remove all packaging.
Equipment must be cleaned after every use. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Frozen : 220°C, 425°F, Fan 200°C, Gas 7 14 mins
Place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Turn occasionally.
Grill - From Frozen : Medium 12 mins
Preheat the grill. Place fish fingers onto a grill pan, turn occasionally.
Air Fry - From Frozen : 200°C 8 mins
Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4.0L per 3 fish fingers (90g). Preheat air-fryer. Place in the basket in a single layer and place in air-fryer. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
