Cooking Guidelines Shallow Fry From Chilled Medium/4 mins Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add half a packet to the pan, turning once halfway through cooking.
Grill From Chilled Medium/6 mins Preheat the grill. Spread out half a packet onto a grill tray, turning once halfway through cooking.
