Cooking Guidelines: Microwave - From Ambient : 700W 3 mins / 900W 2 1/2 mins Place 50g of oats and 250ml water or 200ml of semi-Skimmed milk or a dairy free alternative for a creamier porridge in a microwavable bowl. Heat on full power, stirring halfway through. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Hob - From Ambient : 5-7 mins Place 50g of oats and 250ml water or 200ml of semi-skimmed milk or a dairy free alternative for a creamier porridge in a pan and cook on medium heat until the oats are broken down and creamy.
Storage: Unopened: Store in a cool, dry, odour free place. Opened: Once opened, store in an airtight container.
