Preparation and Usage: How to prepare - Shake the bottle to loosen the powder and remove the cap. Place the opened bottle on a flat surface and add milk or milk replacer to the fill line (290ml). Replace the cap and invert bottle to loosen powder into the milk or milk replacer. Shake vigorously for approximately 1 minute until the mixture is smooth. Preheat over a medium heat a 7 frying pan and add a small amount of oil, just enough to cover the base. Carefully pour 1/6th of the batter onto the base of the pan, just enough to form a thin pancake. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then using a spatula loosen the pancake from the side and base of the pan. The pancake will be ready to flip when the pancake moves freely from the base of the pan. Flip and cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat stages 2-3 until the batter has been used. Serve with an assortment of sweet or savoury toppings.
