Cooking Guidelines: Hob - From Ambient : 18-24 mins. Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add 4 diced skinless chicken breasts and fry for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the contents of a jar of sauce to the frying pan. Gently simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Alternatively use prawns, turkey or pork. Serve with cooked Basmati rice. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
