Cooking Guidelines Oven cook - From Chilled : Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating. 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 45-50 mins Remove all packaging. Spread fish across the base of an ovenproof dish. Cover the fish with 250-300g of white sauce and top with mashed potato. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Defrost and consume on day of defrost. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
