Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry: Preheat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the sausages. Turn frequently. Drain well. From Chilled: Medium - High / 15-18 Mins.
Oven Cook: Place sausages on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven, turning once during cooking. From Chilled: 200°C / 400°F / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 25-30 Mins.
Grill: Preheat the grill. Place sausages onto a grill pan. Turn occasionally. From Chilled: Medium / 20-25 Mins.
For best results cook from chilled and do not prick the sausage skins. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. Store uncooked meat covered and lower in the fridge than cooked meat. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost and consume on day of defrost. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
