Preparation and Usage: Grind before use. Use with a cafetière or filter machine. Use freshly ground coffee for the best flavour. Medium for cafetière, fine for filter. Measure one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee for each cup required.
For cafetières: initially, warm the cafetière with hot water, empty and add the amount of coffee as required. Boil freshly drawn water, after approximately 10 seconds pour onto the coffee and leave to brew for 3-5 minutes.
