Hob - From Ambient: 20 mins. Serves 4. Ingredients: 1 jar of Asda Korma Curry Paste, 15ml vegetable oil, 1 medium onion diced, 4 diced skinless chicken breasts, 200g single cream, 250ml creamed coconut, fresh chopped coriander optional. Heat the oil in a pan and fry onion until soft. Add chicken and paste, fry until sealed and golden. Stir in single cream. Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sauce has thickened. Just before serving add creamed coconut stir to combine and gently warm back through. Finish off with a sprinkling of chopped fresh coriander. Serve immediately. Also works well with other types of meat prawns or vegetables. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
