To fit joint / limb: Size D, 25cm - 35cm; Wrist: Large; Elbow: Large; Ankle: Med; Knee: Small.
If the injured area has swelling or is inflamed please apply a cold compress to the affected area to minimise swelling and reduce pain before applying the bandage. The bandage should be cut to twice the length of the required area, once cut pull the bandage evenly over the affected limb and then double back the bandage over the limb to give double coverage. Ensure the top layer overlaps the bottom layer by approximately 3-4cm.
