Cooking Guidelines Microwave - From Chilled : 700W 5 Mins / 900W 4 Mins Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place onto a microwavable plate and heat on full power. Stir halfway through heating time. Leave to stand for 1 minute, stir and serve.
Cooking Instructions - General : After heating in a microwave leave tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled : Fry 7 mins Preheat 1 tbsp. of oil in a wok or frying pan for 1 minute. Add contents of pack and heat for a further 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
