Cooking Instructions:
Microwave - From Chilled: 700W 6 mins / 900W 4 1/2 mins. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places over both compartments. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and return to the microwave for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 2 minutes (900W), until thoroughly heated. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled: 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 25 mins. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of a preheated oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Stir and serve.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
