Cooking Guidelines: Cooking Instructions - General : Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only. Oven cook - From Chilled : 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 30 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Oven cook - From Frozen : 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 55 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes. Remove film lid and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. Microwave - From Chilled : 700W 9½ mins / 900W 7½ mins. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 5 minutes (700W), 4 minutes (900W). Peel back film lid, stir well, re-cover and return to the microwave for a further 4 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 3 minutes 30 seconds (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Country of Origin: United Kingdom.
