Cooking Guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Chilled: High / 5-6 mins. Before Cooking: Preheat pan. Remove all packaging. Place mince into the hot pan. During Cooking: Use a wooden spoon to break down mince in the pan. Pan fry. Stir frequently. Drain fat off halfway through. Then serve and enjoy. Always follow cooking instructions - Mince should always be cooked thoroughly until piping hot and no pink meat remains. Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning. Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage: Keep refrigerated at -2°C to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Store at the bottom of the fridge. There may be temporary discolouration to the beef if it touches the tray or the other pieces of meat, which is perfectly fine.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. This will produce water due to thawing ice crystals.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
