Preparation and Usage: Bake time approx: 10-12 mins serves 6 Just remember, Before you start make sure you've got: - 40g unsalted butter - 15ml-30ml of water Turn the oven on at 180°C/Fan 160°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 Place greaseproof paper onto a baking tray. 1 Empty the cookie mix into a large bowl and add 40g of softened unsalted butter and between 15ml-30ml water. Mix well until the mixture forms a soft dough, add more water if required. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, rolling each piece into a ball and place on a greased baking tray. 2 Press each ball down gently to form 6-7cm in size cookies, ensure they are 5cm apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden on top. 3 Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes. Remove the cookies from the baking tray and enjoy!
