Cooking Guidelines Hob From Ambient: High / 1-2 Mins Bring 200ml (1/3 pint) of milk or water to the boil. Pour over 5-6 heaped tbsp. (40g) of Asda Ready Oats and leave to stand for 1-2 minutes. Stir well before serving. Add sugar or honey to taste. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months old.

Microwave From Ambient: 700W 2 Mins / 900W 1 3/4 Mins Put 40g of Asda ready oats and 200ml of milk into a bowl and stir well. Microwave on full power, stirring halfway through. Stir well and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Storage Unopened: Store in a cool, dry, odour free place. Opened: To retain freshness fold over inner bag after use.
