Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled : 200°C / 400ºF / Fan 180°C / Gas 5 / 10-15 Mins
Remove pastry from the fridge 20 minutes before use. Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and unroll the pastry, leaving the pastry sheet on the baking paper provided. If the pastry begins to crack on unrolling, leave for 5-10 more minutes. Cut to required size, or as stated in the recipe. Place on the baking paper on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost in the fridge overnight and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
