Air Fry - From Frozen: Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and a 125g portion. Preheat air-fryer. Remove all packaging. Ensure product is spread evenly in single layer in air-fryer basket. Shake halfway through cooking time. Cook until crisp and golden. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Do not overcrowd the basket.
Oven cook - From Frozen: 220C, 425F Fan 200C, Gas 7, 25-30 mins. Remove the required portion and place the parsnips in an even layer onto a lipped baking tray. Cook in centre of preheated oven, turning once halfway through the cook time. Cook until crisp and golden.
Cooking Instructions - General: Cook from frozen. Do not eat raw. Not suitable for microwave cooking. When preparing smaller portions cooking time may need to be reduced to avoid excessive browning. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Storage: Best before end: When stored at -18C or below. Keep frozen. For star marked freezers. Max Temp -18.
