Cooking Guidelines: Hob - From Ambient : 25 mins. Rinse thoroughly before cooking. Place 100g of lentils into a large saucepan with 500ml of water. Place the pan on a medium ring over a high heat and bring to the boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for a further 15 minutes or until the lentils are tender. Make sure to top up with water if needed. Drain thoroughly and use as required.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal using the tape provided.
