Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook - From Ambient : You will need: 9 tbsp (135ml) of cold water. A sheet of cling film. Preheat the oven at 220°C / 425ºF / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 1. Empty the contents of the bag into a mixing bowl and mix in 9 tbsp (135ml) of cold water. Fluff with a fork to form a soft and sticky dough. 2. Sprinkle flour over your surface, knead the dough until firm. 3. Wrap in cling film and rest in the fridge for 15 minutes, then roll out to your chosen thickness. You can now bake pies, tarts and quiches according to each recipe. To make a fruit pie: Add your favourite tinned fruit to an ovenproof dish and roll your pastry out to 2mm thickness and place on top of the fruit. Don't forget your air holes and milk or egg wash before baking. Bake for 20-30 minutes at the above temperatures, until pastry is golden. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
