Cooking Instructions: Remove outer packaging and set aside the sauce sachet. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled: 200°C, 400°F, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 50 Mins. Preheat the oven. Place the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the foil cover and discard any cooking juices. Take two forks, place one fork into the meat and pull apart with the other fork, creating a shredded effect. Drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the shredded meat. Return to the oven without the foil cover and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes.
Microwave - From Chilled: 700W 13 mins 30 sec, 900W 10 mins 30 sec. Place the contents of the pouch into a microwavable dish and heat on full power. Mix the sauce throughout the meat after heating.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost and consume on day of defrost. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
