Cooking Instructions: Remove packaging. Brown meat in frying pan with oil and season. Place in casserole dish. Add diced vegetables and stock. Cover tightly with foil or lid. Oven cook at 140°C / Fan 120°C / Gas 2 for 3-3 1/2 hrs. Ensure meat is tender when pierced with a meat fork. Reduce cooking liquor into gravy if desired.
Slow Cooker: Remove all packaging. Place joint and diced vegetables into slow cooker. Cover 3/4 with beef stock. Cook at 80-90°C for 8-10 hrs.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Defrost in fridge and use within 24 hours if frozen. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Suitable for freezing.
