Cooking Guidelines:
Shallow Fry - From Chilled: Medium-high / 12 mins. Preheat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the rashers. Turn frequently. Drain well.
Air Fry - From Chilled: 200°C / 5 mins. Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4L and 2 rashers (80g). Preheat air-fryer. Place in the basket in a single layer and place in air-fryer. Turn halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not overcrowd the basket. Equipment must be cleaned after every use.
Grill - From Chilled: Medium / 10 mins. Preheat the grill. Place rashers onto a grill pan. Turn occasionally.
Cooking Instructions - General: Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Always follow cooking instructions. Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning. Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat. Storage: Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost and consume on day of defrost. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
