Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen : 190°C / 375°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 / 50 Mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place container onto a baking tray and heat in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove film lid and return to the oven for a further 25 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve.
Cooking Instructions - General : Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
Microwave - From Chilled : 700W 8 1/2 mins / 900W 7 Mins
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place directly into microwave and heat on full power for 5 minutes (700W), 4 minutes (900W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 3 minutes (900W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute and serve. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge and once defrosted consume within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
