Cooking Guidelines: Microwave - From Ambient : This product is not suitable for heating in a conventional oven. 700W 40 secs / 900W 25 secs Heat each pudding individually. Remove seal, ensuring all film is removed. Place the pudding upside down on a small microwavable plate and heat on full power. We advise not to leave microwave unattended. Remove from the microwave gently and lift the pot away immediately to allow the sauce to flow properly. Caution: pot and contents will be very hot so we advise you use oven gloves or similar. Leave to stand for 1 minute before consuming. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these heating instructions as a guide only.
