Cooking Guidelines:
Microwave - From Chilled: 700W 3 1/2 Mins / 900W 2 1/2 Mins. Remove sleeve. Do not pierce pack. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before opening and serving. Caution: During cooking pack will slowly inflate and a small vent will appear. Carefully peel back film as steam will be present. Plate will become hot during cooking.
Oven cook - From Chilled: 200°C / 400°F / Fan 170°C / Gas 6 / 24 Mins. Remove all packaging. Wrap the fish with the sauce in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of a preheated oven.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark shown. Defrost and consume on day of defrost. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
