Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled: Remove all packaging. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Place in a shallow roasting tray and pat dry, then brush with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1 hour 21 minutes. Check product is piping hot, then leave to rest for 15-20 minutes before removing string and carving. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
