Storage: Keep refrigerated at -2°C to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months.
Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage:
Oven Cook 180°C / 350°F / Fan 160°C / Gas 4. For best results remove from the fridge and remove from all packaging for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat the oven. Place the lamb in a roasting tin and cover with foil, place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes. Halfway through cooking time remove the foil and return to the oven for the remaining time.
Slow Cook 170°C / 340°F / Fan 150°C / Gas 3. Preheat the oven. Place the lamb in a roasting tin and cover with foil, place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 40 minutes per 500g plus 40 minutes. Halfway through cooking time remove the foil and return to the oven for the remaining time.
For tenderness and succulence allow the lamb to rest uncovered in a warm place for at least 5 minutes after cooking.
