Remove packaging and preheat oven. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Season meat and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole dish. Add diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onion) to the frying pan and soften. Place into the casserole dish on top of beef. Add approximately 500ml stock or sauce and seasoning. Tightly cover with foil or lid and place in the oven. Cook. The meat should be tender when pierced with a meat fork. Once cooked transfer the cooking liquor into a clean saucepan and reduce to a glossy rich gravy, then pour back over the meat ready to serve.
Always follow cooking instructions. Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning. Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
