Cooking Guidelines: Hob - From Ambient : 10-12 mins. Place 70g rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in cold running water. Add a pinch of salt (if required) to 250ml of boiling water per 70g of rice. Add rice and return to boil. Stir once, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or until rice is tender.
