Preparation and Usage: Vanilla Cupcake Kit. Just remember, before you start make sure you've got: 55g unsalted butter, 1 medium egg, 4 tbsp (60ml) of water. Turn the oven on at 170ºC/325ºF Fan 150°C/Gas mark 3 and line a cupcake tray with your cases. Tip the cupcake mix sachet into a bowl and add 1 medium egg and 4 tbsp (60ml) of water. Whisk, mix, or stir the mix up for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour the mixture equally across the cupcake cases and place in the centre of the preheated oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes until they're golden. You'll know they're ready if you insert a skewer and it comes out clean. Take the cakes out of the oven and cool for 5 minutes before putting them on a wire rack. Wait until they're completely cooled, then tip the icing mix into a bowl and add 55g of softened unsalted butter. Mix until fluffy, decorate and then tuck in! Bake Time Approx: 15-18 Mins, Serves 6.
