Oven Cook 16 Minutes. Mixed with sweetcorn and peas. Source of protein
Oven Cook: From Frozen : 220°C, 425°F, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 16 mins. Preheat oven. Place product onto a baking tray in centre of the oven, turn halfway through cooking.
Air Fry: Based on an air-fryer minimum capacity of 4.0L and a 1/2 pack (200g). 180°C, 12 mins. Preheat air-fryer. Remove from packaging and place in the basket in a single layer. Turn half way through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Storage: Keep frozen. For star marked freezers. Up to 1 week, Up to 1 month, (-18°C) Up to 3 months. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
WARNING: Extra care has been taken to remove bones, although some may remain.
