This Pack Makes 12 Yorkshire Puddings
Cooking Guidelines: Oven cook from ambient. Required: 2 Medium eggs, 150 ml water, cooking oil, Yorkshire pudding tray, mixing bowl, pouring jug, whisk, teaspoon. 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas mark 7, 15-20 mins. 1 Add the Yorkshire pudding mix and eggs to a bowl. Whisk until the yolk has split. Add water and continue to whisk for 3 mins until smooth and transfer to a pouring jug. 2 Add desired amount of oil (1/2 to 1 teaspoon) to each well of your Yorkshire pudding tray and heat for 10-15 mins until very hot. 3 Pour the batter into between 1/2 to 1/4 of each well and cook for 15-20 mins (until golden). Tip: Make sure to keep the oven door closed whilst cooking. 4 Remove from the oven and serve. 5 Take care when removing the Yorkshires from the pan as any residual oil will be very hot. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. - These instructions are guidelines only.
