This Pack Makes Approximately 20 Pancakes.
Preparation and Usage: Required: 120g Pancake Mix (1/4 of a pack), 1 medium egg, 250ml water, vegetable oil, medium non-stick frying pan, mixing bowl, whisk, measuring jug. Makes 5 pancakes.
Cooking guidelines: Shallow Fry - From Ambient. Medium heat. 2-4 mins. Add 120g of pancake mix, egg and water into a bowl, whisk until smooth and transfer into a pouring jug. Lightly oil the frying pan and heat until hot. Pour enough batter to thinly coat the base of the pan and cook on medium heat for 1-2 mins, then flip and cook for a further 1-2 mins. Serve warm with your favourite toppings and fillings. Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only.
