How to apply your Australian Gold SPF 15 Lotion with Bronzers Apply your sun cream 20 minutes before sun exposure. Can be layered with tanning lotion, which is applied immediately before sun exposure. Reapply your sun cream (and tanning lotion) every two hours as a minimum.
