Vinification details: The fruit was crushed to bag press, and the juice clarified. Selected aromatic yeast was used, and the ferments took place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The component tanks were blended to show maximum varietal style, before being clarified, stabilised and filtered at bottling.
