HOW TO ENJOY - A fantastic base for cocktails and in particular the Aviation cocktail after which the brand is named, Aviation American Gin, lemon juice, Maraschino liqueur and violette liqueur. For a more traditional G&T style serve, mix with elderflower tonic and garnish with pink grapefruit. HOW IT'S MADE - A blend of juniper, cardamom, lavender, Indian sarsaparilla, coriander, anise seed and dried sweet orange peel is macerated and distilled in a grain neutral spirit.
