The Balvenie Sweet Toast represents a signature expression from The Balvenie Distillery created through five rare crafts. Using virgin American oak barrels introduces notes of candied fruit, coconut and delicate vanilla for a distinctive character.
The Balvenie Stories is a collection of three single malt Scotch whiskies representing tales of character, endeavour and craft created at The Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, Scotland. Inspired to produce an even fruitier, sweeter Balvenie Whisky, Apprentice Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie had the bright idea to import Virgin Oak barrels from Kentucky.
The result is a delectably complex whisky with notes of candied fruit, coconut and delicate vanilla. The Balvenie is dedicated to the five rare crafts that are used to create The Balvenie's distinctive taste. It is the only distillery that still grows its own barley, uses traditional floor maltings and keeps both coppersmiths and coppers on site.
Features include the sweet toast of American oak. Preparation suggests serving neat, with a dash of water or over ice.
