Barbadillo Manzanilla Pasada En Rama is a restrained creamy sherry with subtle notes of Brazil nuts and green olives. Lots of character, really well balanced. A lovely, bright seaside nose leads into a nutty, savoury dryness. Salty and long.
Pastora was the first Manzanilla to be bottled, back in 1827 and is a true 'Pasada' with its golden hue and pungent chamomile aroma.
